PRT’s three, adjacent theater spaces available for rental are located on Venice Blvd. just a short walk from Venice’s famed Abott Kinney Blvd.

703 Venice Blvd. is a 99-seat theater with a large dressing room, backstage area, 3 FOH bathrooms, one backstage bathroom, and a wonderful lobby. Available for classes during the day.

705 Venice Blvd. is a concert and rehearsal space that can hold 60+ people. The backstage area is equipped with two bathrooms, kitchenette, refrigerator and a small dressing room. Great for events and classes.

705 1/2 is a 40-seat black box theater. The backstage area is equipped with a bathroom, kitchenette , and lofted dressing room spaces.
