Mitchell, a man down on his luck, wanders out a dark country road to answer an ad for a roommate. He meets JD, an affable hillbilly of mysterious origins. When Marlene, and her boyfriend Tommy, interject themselves, Mitchell finds himself in a hopeless and hilarious situation.
