Playwriting credits include: Two Parents, Two Weddings, Two Years, (Wings Theatre, New York City and the Laurelgrove Theatre Company, Los Angeles) See How We Are (Laurelgrove Theatre Company), Love and Other Allergies (Vox Humana Theatre Ensemble) Family Planning (Co-op Production, Pacific Resident Theatre, Los Angeles) Famous in Luxembourg (Rogue Machine, Around-the-Clock Short Play Festival) Select works for the stage: Cab, Preschool, Allergic to Walnuts, Goodnight Moon: An Adult Translation and Peg & Irving (co-written by Kelly Younger) have been featured in various productions by Drama West, Laurelgrove Theatre Company, Vox Humana Theatre Ensemble and Snapshots; a benefit to raise funds for the Susan G. Komen foundation.

Michelle’s play, Family Planning is scheduled to open at the Colony Theatre in Burbank, CA. in the summer of 2014. She is currently working with Kelly Younger on a play called Kalamazoo that is being developed at Pacific Resident Theatre.

Michelle Kholos Brooks earned a B.A. from Emerson College and an M.F.A. in Fiction from Otis College of Art and Design. She is a member of The Dramatists Guild of America and an Associate Member of Pacific Resident Theatre in Venice, CA.
