Co-Op Updates – June 2007

Co-op: Simpatico is extending one more weekend. Tania Getty, co-producer of the show, says the schedule will be the same: Thursday through Saturday at 8PM and Sunday at 3PM..The number for reservations is 323 460 2508.

Venice Fair: PRT has had a booth at the Venice Fair for years now. Alex Peabody, co-ordinating volunteers this Sunday, says we still need four volunteers for our booth. Alex is asking one company member to help from 3 to 5PM, two people to help out from 5 to 7PM and one person from 7PM till closing at 9PM; the last slot includes breaking down the booth. The fair runs from noon to 9PM this Sunday, June 24th. Contact Alex at 323 351 9984 or alxpeabody@yahoo.com if you want to volunteer .

Members: David Clayberg’s father died last week. Jen Lonsway sent me a link to his obituary in The Washington Post . I had no idea before I read the obit what an interesting fellow David’s Dad was. One more time: Last week I ran instructions on how to get a daily digest of PRT Members messages. If you receive the daily digest, you would only get one message a day from PRT Members; that message would contain all the items members sent in that day. (In other words you would get all the e mail messages you’d normally get in a day from PRT Members only instead of arriving separately, they’d arrive bundled together in one e mail early the next day.) The address I ran last week to sign up for the digest proved to be incorrect and the correction I ran in the addendum also proved to be incorrect.. So, though I won’t swear that this is correct, the best info I have is the following: to receive the digest, send an e mail to judyg@trest.com and in the subject line type the word “Digest.” The body of the message, then, should be a simple request to receive the daily digest of PRT Members e mails. If you try this and it doesn’t work, e mail me and I’ll look into it further. And maybe run another !@#$% addendum.
