Co-op: Brecht’s Galileo, the next co-op offering, will be opening on Thursday in 705. Almost immediately after the postcard went out, people started making reservations, so, as a producer on this show, I’d suggest making reservations as soon as you know when you would like to come. The reservations line is 323 460 2508.
We have sent out a postcard via PRT Members, announcing the somewhat irregular schedule we have. If you haven’t received the postcard, let me know and I will get you one.
Casting Director: Rachel from Sarah Finn Casting Company is “putting together a theatre book of new talent for Sarah’s future reference and was wondering if your company could possibly send us headshots and resumes from your current roster?” Chris Shaw has declared himself willing to pick up and deliver to her if you can get him your headshots and resumes by next Sunday, If you want to send directly to Sarah Finn, her address is 588 N. Larchmont Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90004. Their number is (323) 460.7040. Sarah Finn is a well known and busy casting director.
NOTE: About Finn Casting from Tom Beyer: “Richard: the info is wrong about Finn Casting. First, it’s me (tom beyer) who’s messenging our headshots to Finn; and I’m asking people to leave their headshot in the big enveloped marked “Sarah Finn Casting” which seems to be floating between the piano and behind the box office counter. Second, the office prefers getting them in one big lump, so actors should only mail directly to them as a last resort.”

A personal note: I haven’t sent out the tree for several weeks because our computer was attacked by what Norton says is a new and very serious virus. Norton says they are working to find a way of combatting this pestilence. Things are better for us but, judging from the numerous tries getting this tree out, not back to normal. As they used to say on Hill Street Blues, “Be careful out there.”
